It starts with a phone chat with our founder and Psychic, Jenn Batchelder, where she will gather information on your situation and obtain a history of the activity.

During this call, with your consent, Jenn may “remote view” into your property and/or tap into her spirit guides for intuition to give you immediate insight and suggestions.

Within a few days, our Historical Research Specialist will contact local Historians, Librarians, and/or Town Hall Record-keepers to gather as much data on the property as is available.

Simultaneously, Jenn will continue to consult with her spirit guides for more detailed guidance.

A follow-up call will then occur where you will help set the plan going forward.

Usually, the next step is to complete a walk-through of the property with you, followed by an investigation with personally selected members of our Team on the property, using our field-tested equipment to uncover and document paranormal activity. We prefer that you be present on the property for this step, but again, this is up to you.

Once the Team has completed the investigation and thoroughly reviewed the investigation

evidence, we will meet with you to reveal all the evidence with you. The go-forward plan is dependent on your wishes, with tailored assistance from Jenn.

We do not do anything without your knowledge and consent, and our relationship with you will continue until you are comfortable.
